so as yall know my weekend was AWFUL!!! well the b*tches i talked to while i was there were very rude and only comped my meals and upgrade ( a big 170 for hideous experience) they didnt care that y husband is going to iraq well i called the GM and he comped everything!!
which they should have in the beginning for those of u that dont know here is a list of bad things that happened

1. a week b4 we even got there i called to have some things in the room and the conceriege that does that stuff wasnt there so i left a message, she didnt call me back and wasnt there for 2 more days so by the time i called again and got her there were no appts for ne thing

2. we got there and the lady that checked us in said "hi" not hi can i help your or welcome to the eaglewood resort and spa

3. our room was tiny. there was barely ne room to walk around the bed

4. they guy that came up to show us the "upgrade" didnt speak english so everytime i asked him ne thing he said "i dunno u call front desk" and then he made it a point while getting off the elevator to say "i go first"

5. the bed was hard as a rock and actually gave us back pain from the first night

6. we asked for directions to medival times and did they give it to us? so we had to use mapquest and mapquesst has the resort backwards so we got lost

7. the tv had a list of 24 channel, 19 actually worked

8. the shampoo they give u made my hair straw

9. there we kids running up and down the halls and yelling and slamming doors aaallllllll night long

10. the first manager i spoke to said she would comp the upgrade and put security on the floors.

11. my massuese was making noises like she was having an orgasm and made the massage very uncomfortable

12. the breakfast tasted like ass

13. we went to the bowling alley in the resort and the advertisement said they served food but they didnt so we had to order room service down there and it made me sick

14. the jacuzzi is suppose to be off limits to kids 16 and younger yet at 1130 at night i had to deal with a 9 yr old swimming in it and talking about all the tvs he had.

15. the lady who "watches" for this didnt say ne thing to him but said we had 15 minutes left when in fact we had 40 mins.

16. asked for extra comforters to sleep on since the bed was hard and got sheets at first

17. i paid 70 dollars for a "spa" pedicure that was less satisfying than getting a 25 dollar one at nail salon the massage chair was broken but the lady that came in when i was almost done got a working one.

18. no security on the floor at night got no sleep again

19. they tried to over charge me for the room rate that they were suppose to comp, and for the meals that they supposably comped

and still tried to charge me 261 dollars for all of that (im sure there eas more just cant remember off the top of my head)
