it takes me like an hour to fall asleep at night so if i go to bed at 10, i'm usually asleep by 11. if i stay up watching tv or whatever until 11, no matter how tired i am, i won't fall asleep until 12.

besides, nick goes to bed at 10 and i don't really like staying up by myself.

I will admit i am usually in the bath getting ready for bed by 8:30 Embarassed 10pm just seems so early to me because before i was pregnant i used to be getting home at 3am, not already have been in bed for 5 hours! I try to get to bed as earlt as possible now becaus ei'm getting bigger so it's harder to be comfy plu si know that i'm goign to wake up numerous times during the night to pee (only once last night go me) And since i got past the first trimester tiredness i wake up earlier than i ever have done usually between 5 and 6 every morning

10 is late for us, we're in bed with Ava most nights at 8:30

I'm glad though, b/c before i was pregnant i was a night owl and i'd pay for it the next day at school when i had to teach being so tired. it was miserable. now i'm rested and ready for those little buggers.
