Birth Control Answer A2740
Lack of menstruation is the first sign of pregnancy. In your case, it seems that pregnancy is out of the question because the pregnancy test was negative. Lack of menstruation is an expected, temporary side effect after a woman comes off birth control pills. Most women need a few months to establish their regular periods. You can wait for a couple of months to get your period. You can also consult a gynecologist for more help.
