hello im new to the boards and had a question. ok....so i was Lutera for 3 months and went to get my refill and they were out so i was given Sronyx. But also i was given my packs on monday. I already missed the sunday and monday pill. i dont know what to do. can i just take the firt pill in the pack even though it says sunday and it would really be tuesday? i dont mind using a back up contraceptive for a week but i just want to make sure this is ok. so all in all id be 2 days late starting my pack. should i start with the sunday pill or toss out the sunday monday and then just start with the tuesday pill and use a back up method?? PLEASE HELP! I NEED ADVICE ASAP! Sad

Most pills have a sticker you can use to change what day you start on. It doesn't matter what day you start on. Just start ^^ Remember what day you're on, maybe write it down.

Start whenever, and wait a week before you have unprotected sex. This works for most birth control. And Eiri was right, you don't have to start on Sunday, that's just a way they help you remember.
