I started to have neck pain about 3 years ago. It never got better, only got worse - and it has spread to other parts of my body. Lately, it's been getting A LOT WORSE. My the muscle and joints on arm down to my fingers are sore, my neck, upper back, my hip and knee joint......

I've had x-rays done and apparently i have minor scoliosis in my lower back, and i know my posture's not great - i've got rounded shoulders, but i'm trying to stand/sit straight whenever i can.

I've also done blood tests and it shows that my ANA was positive, but apart from that, everything else was within normal range, including rhematoid factor.

so what's wrong with me??? the pain is getting worse and i've tried physios, chiros.....anything! and it's not helping...... i know i need to do more exercise, but i get lazy, and dunno which exercise is best for me.

Scoliosis can definitely cause some pain, but I think your pain comes from a lack of exercising. You need to be doing rigorous exercises a few times a week. What it sounds to me is that your pain is muscle and tissue related, and the only way to get your muscles to work better and your tissues to receive more nutrients is through exercising more often. You might also benefit from inversion therapy (do a Google search). If you decide to try inversion therapy, then you need to ask your doctor if he/she would also recommend it to you, and then you could start doing it little by little.
