When to Induce? Posted: 08-29-03 18:40pm
We are in a bad dilema...I live in
american samoa (where health care is not
nearly as good as in the mainland u.S.)
and my wife is approximately 9 months
pregnant. The doctor's are suggesting
that they give her a shot to induce
pregnancy or do a c-section. We have
resisted this so far, as I would rather
not do this unless necessary - the doctors
go to medical school but not necessarily a
u.S. Medical school (some go to fiji,
india, etc.). What should we do? Are
there any risks associated with waiting?
