I'm not sure, but I don't think a bladder infection would change the results of a pregnancy test. And if you think you have an infection, you should go to the doc, bladder infections left untreated can turn into kidney infections, which are very very bad.
Ironically, the anxiety you are feeling about your period may be causing it to be late. Or being sick, so I guess maybe it's the infection. Either way, I think you should go to the doc. They could test for infection as well as pregnancy and make you all better.
