Q: Right Rib Cage Pain

Firstly, I'm from Malaysia and I'm 22
I have been suffering from pain in my right side in my rib area..I have had this pain for nearly 2 and half years but it getting more worst recently..it feel like something stabbing on my right rib..I will fill the pain for about 5 to 7 minutes..it happens 2 or more times daily..I been search on the internet about this pain, and some of it, said maybe i got a lung cancer..can you tell what really happened to my body and do i seriously got a cancer?please someone out there help me because I'm going nuts with all this pain and sickness

lung cancer rarely presents as pain. Usually shortness of breath or more commonly a relentless cough. Could be many different things such as Pleuritis or Inflammation of the lung lining. Strain of the intercostal muscles. Fractured rib. The best thing to do is get a check up and a chest x-ray.
