Q: Will birth control pills harm a baby if I'm pregnant ?

I think I may be pregnant, but it is too early for me to take a home pregnantcy test. However, I do show many of the early symptoms.

I am still taking my birth control, in the event that I am not pregnant. My question is will taking the birth control effect the baby in a negative way if I am pregnant and still taking the pill?
