I think I have the same problem. I saw a urologist and he said everything looked OK.

Apart from the fact I drip a little bit after urinating it doesn't really affect me functionally, therefore I guess it is not a problem.

My advice is simply to have a GP look at it and if you're not satisfied with his/her advice get a referral to a urologist.

If it was ripping, you'd feel pain. Many times it just grows with age.

If it concerns you, though, see a doctor. He or She will have all the right answers.
