Hi, i'm 13 and as embarassing as it is to
say about this, im really worried and
disturbed. Its weird, but a red string
from my foreski seems to have grown onto
the inside of my peni, it is quite painful
and raw. i say again it has actually grown
on!
Any ideas? Should i get circumsised?
Please help.

A string as in flesh? or did a string from
some clothes grow INTO your skin?

Look up some images of a frenulum and see
if that's what you're talking about. It's
the most sensitive part of the penis, but
it shouldn't be painful unless you rub it
too much dry handed.
