I ONLY TAKE HALF/HALF ABOUT THREE TIMES A
DAY WHEN I WAKE UP IM REALLY UNSTABLE IT
FEELS LIKE MY HEAD/BODY IS JUST FALLING
FORWARD. I HAVE TINGLE SENSTATION IN MY
TOUNGE AND NUMBNESS. NUMBNESS ALL OVER MY
BODY I FEEL BETTER AROUND THE END OF THE
NIGHT... HAS ANYONE EVER HAD A SEZIURE ON
THIS MEDICINE? COS SOMETIMES WHEN I LAY
DOWN I HEAR THE SOUND OF LIKE A RACING CAR
IN MY HEAD. SOMETIMES IT CALMS ME DOWN
OTHER TIMES IM REALLY ANXIOUS LIKE I NEED
TO RUN A 1000 MILES BUT I KNOW I CANT. How
long was anyone on this medicination
before they had a seziure i have never had
one before, but the way i feel scares me,
any advice would help!!!!!!!!!!!!

you really shouldnt be taking it this
often. meds like ativan and xanax should
be taken on a "as needed" basis. they are
extremely addicting...and yes your body
can become very dependant on them. have
you tried cutting back and taking it only
once you start feeling anxious?

ok....but youre taking it 3 times a
day...that is *excessive* for a
benzodiazepine. i suggest you go to the
library and go to the mental health
section. get some books that address
psychiatric medications. i have
thouroughly read up on benzodiazepines,
but until you do for yourself, you wont
fully understand what you are dealing with
here. taking it 3 times a day, you are at
a huge risk for developing a tolerance and
an addiction. it will also interefere with
your sleep. you will have to take more and
more of it to get the same calming effects
you once got on a lower dose. IMO,
benzodiazepines should only be used
occasionaly or for people who get
occasional panic attacks.

I was on that stuff andit made me nuts.It
was okay at first settling my nerves,
buttry coming off of it and your body goes
haywire becuase the stuff is addicting. 3
times a day is a lot
