Ok, im a chick, but I do this all the time for my man.. All you have to do, is act like you are french kissing, and suck up at the same time.. You can do other things like flick with your tongue, and sucking on their sac.. They love that !!!

Advice from a successful woman:
i would strongly recommend using one hand to run it up and down the shaft, possibly in a swirling motion, while at the same time using your mouth to suck the top. Well, now that i've got over the blushing I must say that I (a man) don't like the combination - though for some reason women expect that I should! A "hand job" and a "blow job" are two different things. One is "soft" the other is "not". If a woman is giving me a hand job i'm tense in a different sort of way and can't enjoy the "blow job" part of the situation. It would better if she kisses me somewhere else instead as a sign of affection.

Most guys prefer that you use your hand and mouth. Obviously, from the post above, not all do, but I have never met one who didn't!
