According to the description of a headache above left eye, you could be experiencing tension headache. Tension headaches are usually due to anxiety for people in their early 20's. Numbness in the left arm can be caused by the same reason, too. Nonetheless, you can consult your primary health doctor to first exclude possible organic reasons for the headache.
