If the first ENT specialist didn’t help you, you may ask for a second opinion from another ENT-specialist. If ear damage is excluded, then you may consult a neurologist. A CT-scan or MRI of the head can help doctors to exclude possible neurological reasons for tinnitus. Be sure to check your blood pressure, too.
