nothing.. if a person does not want you there is nothing you can do. The best thing to do is become distant with him and that will give him a chance to see if he wants you or not. Remember this. You do not want someone that does not want you. That would be a bad realtionship and you would always wonder about his love for you. Back off, don't call give him a chance to see what he is losing. If he wants you he will return if not. move on.

feelings can definetly come back! maybe he was just with you so long and around you so much he thinks he doesn't love you,but love is a complicated thing right there.Maybe he will realize he misses you and he really does love you,maybe not.All you can do is heal and move on.If he comes back,great, but don[t hold onto the fact of 'maybe he will.'

what made him leave you in the first place? were they trust issues?
If he only left you because he lost the "feeling" then find another guy and don't let him hurt you any longer by waiting for his "feeling" to come back. It's more than the romantic feeling when you love. If you don't feel it anymore, then still, you have to decide to love him. Because loving is more than the butterflies in the stomach. think very carefully. you have to be away from him for awhile and take time to heal. think about yourself first rather than thinking of him.

You don't say how old each of you are, but if you're young, I'd say YES feelings can be rekindled. If he is in say his 30's, I'd say prolly not. Move on, it's going to be tough these next few months but you gotta take care of you first, don't worry about "what ifs" right now or they'll drive you NUTS! Take care
