my scrotum area itches a whole lot, sometimes i scratch until even blood comes out,,,,,that comes and goes from time to time,,,im really tired of this,,i had tried a lot of topical medecines but they just dont work!!!
PLEASE I NEED HELP!

If you are poor enough there are government plans that allow you to get health care. You need to look into these.
