How long can a woman have trich before she has the symtoms?
How long can a man carry trich before giving it to a woman?
My doctor told me that my partner gave me trich. How does he know that? Could I have had it and gave it to him even though I have been with no one else?

I don't think you can get trich without having sex, so if you've only ever had sex with one partner, then logic dictates that it must have been him who gave it to you.
