5 minutes during sex is, from what I have heard, rather average.

i'm 36. when i was younger i wasn't as sensetive. just want to get back to my normal 20-30 minutes before i climax during sex.

i agree. the average is 5 minutes and that's according to study. all you need to do is to stop when you are in the verge to climax. try to think what you did when you were still younger. I can climax of less than 5 minutes if i want to and if i bang like there's no tomorrow. But if you can stop for the meantime, I think you can last longer.
