Hello all. Recently I have been sexually active with my girlfriend, but I have had some problems and concerns. I have noticed ino the past with masterbation, you cannot hold in urine and continue to masterbate without difficulties in sensation; I have always had some bladder problems including frequent urination sometimes without massive liquid consumtion. Latley when I have tried to have sex or do anything sexual I get the sensation that I have to urinate and I lose a lot of penis sensation, which is very frustrating especially since it has happend every time since my first time. I do not no what to do, everytime it seems as if I need to urinate and I usually do, but what can I do to help this problem? should I go see my local doctor? I am very frustrated and confused. Please help me. Thank you.

i guess you need to urinate first before doing the act. . . sometimes i feel that when i do it with my girl. What i do is I unload it and go back to where we stopped. I don't have any problems of getting horny at all.
