Let me know if we should start anti tb treatment in following situations:
1. Indian girl 16 yrs old,fever since 1 year low grade evening rise , mantoux test ve, esr raised, 0.5 cms 2-3 lymph nodes post cervical region but fnac or biopsy not possible, x ray chest normal ,no cough.

2.22 yrs indian girl ,fever off and on since 1 yr. No cough, mantoux test ve, esr raised,single 1.5 cms lymph node post cervical region, fnac not conclusive of kochs.Xray chest normal.
