Do your hands shake when you're moving them(as in contracting any upper limb musculature), or when they're stationary?

If they shake when they are stationary, you might want a doctor to check out your dopamine levels.

One of the things we do when a parkinsonian patient comes complaining of tremor, is give him/her weight bracelets. We ask him/her to first wear a 0.25 kg bracelet, and see how the tremor responds. If it doesnt improve, a 0.5kg is tried, and so on. It works. It stops the tremor effectively. Try it out at home, attach to some rope little bags of sand after weighing them, tie it around your wrists, and see which suits you best..You can then either make a bracelet with the appropriate weight, or buy one at a sports shop or pharmacy.

Extremely eHealthy
Have you spoke to your Dr. About this? Are you a very anxious person? If I were you I would speak to a Dr.
The best to you!
Sincerely,
sandy
