Hi I am new and think I have menopause.
I haven't had a period in almost 2 months.
What should I do?

Hi Mary,
It depends on how you're feeling. Do you
have many symptoms? Some women just
breeze through it and never experience any
uncomfortable problems, they just stop
having periods. I wish I was one of those
fortunate ones but I've had severe
symptoms off and on for years!
There are many natural remedies and help
so much...it's mainly trial and error.
You have to find out what works for you.

Hi I haven't had a period since the middle
of march. I am 47 and haven't felt well
the last 5 years. I thought I would start
my period a few weeks ago because I had
the horrible cramps that tell me its
coming.
I called my dr and he wants me to come in
for a menopause talk what ever that is.
I am so depressed by this.

Mary, when you say you have not felt well,
what do you mean? There is nothing to be
depressed about going through menopause. I
went through mine at the age of 48. Tell
me what you are feeling, maybe I can help.
