Q: 7 Day Break Dylema

Ok here it goes everyone...
I had taken all the 21 pills correctly and religiously same time every day and not missed one. I had sex 3 days before having my 7 pill free days. The morning after having sex I forgot my pill and was 14hrs late then took the one the next day on time then came off for the break. I had a period...lighter than usual but still a period. But im confused...i took the pill THAT day had sex that night but missed my one for the next day...could I be pregnant? Please help me...i appreciate it so much. x

Because i took it the day i had sex...so i was protected...and with my pill microgynon your protected if you miss up 2 2 pills. but i thought as i was near my 7 day break i could get pregnant after i had sex during the time i was off the pill...is that possible? as i said i took two after the incident of being 14hrs late x

You would not be pregnant at all...

It takes 7-10 days after sex for you to even become pregnant, and that is IF you ovulated.

You were protected, because you only missed 1 pill.

By the way..

You are protected during your pill free week, as that is the way birth control pills work.
