Q: Low Sperm Count

I hope you can help my husband and I.

My husband has a sperm count slightly low (53, normal is more than 60). According to the urologist, it is Ok and it is enough to get me pregnant.

My ob says I am ovulating fine.

We have been trying to conceive for a year and a half.

Does anyone have any similar experiences?
What can we do to increase our chances?
Any reccommendations will be accepted.

Thanks!

All I can say is that it takes some couples time. Has your ob/gyn done any bloodwork to check your hormone levels? Have you asked about fertility drugs?
