Q: Gastritis Or Just a Drunk?

I am a binge alcoholic (on weekends, or once a week I get extremely drunk to the point of blacking out) and the following days I have severe stomach pain and vomit stomach acid several times a day, usually the first evening after I can eat and then feel a little better. But I am wondering if serious damage has occured now, this time has lasted 3 days now....I am 24 and have been an alcoholic since 18, or probably since I was born. Any like experiences or opinions?

Extremely eHealthy
The only advice I would have is quit drinking. Even if you have not caused any severe permanent damage yet, if you do not quit or at least slow way down, then it is inevitable that you will. Easier said then done I know, but every time you pick up that bottle, just think about what you are doing to yourself. That is how I finally quit. Good luck.

Treat Your Body Well....
It's the only one you have. Do not abuse it. Try drinking vegetables juices and eating fresh salads for a few days. I bet you will feel better. Take care of the temple and god bless.
