hello, im 16 years old, and i frequently get severe spasm like electrical shocks down my right arm, it seems to start in the shoulder, and reachers its way down to my elbow, and then appears in my ribs (right side only) and when this happens i have to stay in the same posiotion unless i want another shock to occur, also my bones from shoulder joints (on my upper back, and actual shoulders) seems to pop out of place and grind... please help me, i do sports and would like to know weather it is anything to worry about, thanks. please email me at [removed] if you can

it sounds to me like it could be a trapped nerve. my advice would be to see your doctor who can hopefully diagnose and treat your problem.

good luck!
