When prescribed amoxicillin 3x a day, is it while I am awake or do I have to space it out during a 24 hour period (including waking up to take it)?

Amoxicillin is taken 3 times each 24 hours, which means during both the day and the night. You can create such an arrangement, however, so that you take a pill right before you go to sleep so that you won’t need to wake up during the night to take a pill.
