Is it bad to take vitamins and birth control?

ever since i started bc, i started to lack lots of minerals in my body and it's been causing me to feel tired and emotional. so i started taking vitamins but i'm not sure if it conficts with bc?

Especially eHealthy

I don't think bc is causing your lack of minerals; however taking vitamins should not affect the pills. I'd ask your pharmacists to be sure.
