My thighs are FAT! My arms are like 1/3! I really want to work out my thighs but I don't know what kind of exercises. Can anyone give me advice?

well what i would suggest would be go running like three times a week and also do lunges!!! those work out ur thighs really good, and also try running up and down stairs!!! do u go to a gym at all??? if not thats kool to..and also just watch what u eat like someone told me u cant just loose fat in one place u will loose fat all over where u have fat...so keep that in mind!!!
