I feel a little odd talking to people about this sort of stuff, but for some reason it feels better to talk to complete and total strangers around the world about my problems instead of people I know... Strange how that works, but oh well.
My problem is this:
I don't have normal periods, never have since I started, but here recently they've been... mild. I know that's a strange way of putting it, but normally my periods are heavy, painful, and last four to seven days. However, for the past three months, my periods have been late, light, and lasting three to five days with minimal cramping. To be honest (without trying to sound gross) the cramping usually turns out to just be gas.
Next, I've been feeling a little strange for the past four months. December was the last time I had sex and we stupidly used the pull-out method sometimes, but usually we had a condom. He only ejaculated once inside and that was when the condom broke. I've been nausiated (sorry my spelling is terrible) since January, the lightheaded-ness started here recently, I'm experiencing weight gain, although I'm starting to become more energetic here lately but recently just going to school and sitting in class wears me out no matter how much sleep I get.
Lastly, I have taken a hpt and it was negative. I know that false negatives are rare, but they do happen. I doubt that the brand has anything to do with the accuarcy of the test, but it was the cheapest I could get (Wal-Mart dollar test). I'm scared of going to the doctor, but I'm going to make an appointment at the first of the month (I don't get paid until then).
In short my question is, is it possible that I still may be pregnant?
