Has anyone else tried taking vitex for menstural irregularities. I stopped taking birth control over a year ago and have yet to ovulate. I have heard a lot of good things about vitex to stimulate ovulation. I was hoping someone else here could give me some feedback on this herb. I want all the information I can get. Thanks :d :d Cool

There are essential oils such as clary sage, cypress, fennel, geranium, malissa, nutmeg, roman chamamile, and thme that can be rubbed around your ankles at the reflex points for your uterus and ovaries to help stimulate their function. There also supplements such as essential manna, femigen, master formula hers, promist, and vitagreen to help with infertility issues in women.
