Q: Stiffness after knee replacement surgery
asked by: DoctorQuestion on April 29th, 2007
I had a total knee replacement 3 weeks ago. Am using a cane to walk. Am doing my excerises every day. Can bend my knee about 90 degree. Am bothered by a lot of stiffness in the knee. Not much pain, just stiff. Will this get better with more time?

It seems that in time, with physical therapy and exercise, the stiffness in your knee will be gone.
