Q: I Want All the Information I Can Get.

Hi!! Does anyone have any information or experience taking vitex for ovulation. I have been off birth control for over a year and have yet to ovulate. I have heard a lot about vitex, so I just started taking it a couple of days ago. If anyone has any experience with this or information about it please let me know. Thanks. Smile

I haven't tried that but if you go to the soulcyster's website under the trying to conceive forum, they will be able to help you! Good luck
