Has anyone tried vitex or heard anything about vitex for ovulation. I stopped taking birth control pills over a year ago and have only had one period which was right after I stopped the pills. I read alot about vitex, but I was wondering if anyone had any experiences with it? Please let me know. I want all the information I can get. Thanks.
