you probably could've called her doctor. my son was sick in the middle of the night once and we called his answering service and they had the on-call doctor call us back (and he sounded like he'd just woken up).

how's she doing now? i hope you've gotten some help by now! i'd think that if she got hungry enough she'd take the bottle, but i really don't know.

well, I ended up just calling her answering service and they connected me to her so I told her what was going on (she sounded like she just woke up too. lol) and she said that the very small chance of her getting my infection through the milk did not outweigh the severity of dehydration so she told to wear my mask (they gave me one at the e-r)wash my hands and then purell them and to go ahead and feed her. Things are better now. My fever went down to about 99.5 and she's happy at the breast again man, pneumonia is one nasty b*tch! My fever was up at 102.7 at one point and my heart rate accelerated to 157 bpm!!!
