Q: Help Vulva Injury

I was fighting with some b--ch and she punched me so hard in the vuvla i was on the floor for two hours vomiting and i peed my pants she punched me so hard i never felt such agony and nausea in my life. when i tried to get up i couldnt the pain was that bad and the shock and agony of it all was so intense i think i blacked out. i lay there for almost three hours before my sister came along and helped me up. and i still can't keep anything down cause i vomit it right back up. and i want to kill myself when i touch the whole area.
