Q: Fatigue Vs. Routine Vs. Stress?

Lately, I've been feeling more tired than usual. My sleeping habits are, ok. I make sure I get at least 6 hours of sleep a night (for early morning classes). Otherwise I get about 8 hours. Also, if I am under a lot of stress I'll wake up many times during the night.

I have been known for taking naps about 2-3 times a week. It seems I'm the most tired after being awake for 6-8 hours (this would be about the time I would take naps) I try not to nap for more than an hour.

I am under a lot stress, the past few weeks have been crazy: I'm trying to make sure grades are decent, finals week is next week, I thought I was pregnant and had a blood test that came back NEGATIVE, I've been having some minor problems with my ex, I'm worried about getting one of my projects done on time, and finally, in less than 2 weeks I'm moving back home for the entire summer (which is the only good stress I have right now).

So my questions:
Should I give in, and take naps?
Are they really unhealthy for adults?
Perhaps my body is setting a routine for itself?
Is is possible that the stress is wearing me down so much that it's making me tired?
