I've always just been really unhappy with the way may face looks. I feel frumpy. I don't really like anything about my face at all... and lately I've been thinking plastic surgery might be my answer.

What do you guys think would make me look better?

Hi Jillian. < I assume thats your name, appologies if not..
Ok, Im not entirely sure if your post is legitimate or not.
The reason I say that, is I was expecting to open your picture and see someone in their later years who could benefit from some sort of cosmetic surgery.
Ive got to be honest and let you know I couldnt pick one thing that would make you look better in any way! All your feature are exactly as they should be! Without trying to weird you out, you are a really good looking young girl. To me, you still look like a teenager who is still "growing into herself".
I personally dont think you need any surgery at this moment but Im interested what others say...
Take care.

I really don't understand why you think you need surgery. How old are you anyway? You seem very young. If you're feeling bad about yourself just get a nice new haircut or go buy some new makeup. I don't think going under the knife seems like a good option for you.

I agree with the others. I would not change anything about that face. If you are battling low self-esteem or something, you could always look into therapy. No matter how beautiful and flawless someone is, they can still have low self-esteem. Surgery to your face can't change your insides and how you feel. So I think it is batter to fix up your insides and feel good about what's in your head rather than what's on it. Smile Otherwise, you'll just be having surgery after surgery until your face falls apart like Michael Jackson. Laughing
