The feeling of having to pee may be related to a g-spot orgasm. Next time, try going to the bathroom right before so you know you don't have any urine. If the feeling comes again, let go; it's a feeling like you have to pee and it may feel like urinating. A liquid may or may not come out, bu it should be clear and odorless.

I feel I am in the same boat I have been unable to have an orgasam with my boyfriend whom I have been with for 4 years.... I am not sure if its from the comments he made during sex about the after sex odor that was strong or what I went to the GYN and she said it was normal bacteria thats supposed to be there but I can not climax and i'm dissapointed over it.
