Everywhere I read it says not to take tylenol while on birth control. Is that true? I usually take Tylenol PM for my cramps right before bed time it helps me sleep better. Someone Please Help.

I've never heard of that Confused Maybe, someone on here has and may be of more help.

I personally always took tylenol while I was on birth control with no problem. I'm not sure what the interaction would be.
