WHat can i expect from all these tests? Doc said i needed to get my gallbladder out so why all these tests

Even though your father experienced gallbladder disease, a Gallbladder can’t be removed without reason. The diagnostic procedures you list including an ultrasound of the gasto-intestinal (GI) tract, HIDA-scan, and endoscopy all aim to reveal potential gallbladder disorders (gallstones, tumors, functional disorders etc.).
