I started Zoloft finally after about a year and a half of trying to fight my anxiety on my own. It was getting to the point where i was dizzy all the time, had heart palpitations, headaches, thought i had a brain tumor...I had it all...I decided to take the zoloft and started on a half a pill and lasted 4 days. I was so sick from it, i gave it up...But after talking to my doc, he encouraged me to try again, but at a 1/4 pill for 2 weeks, then 1/2 pill, and so on....and let me tell you, i notice a difference!! First of all no side effects, and better than that is im not freaking out like i used too. I still feel the anxiety at times, but im not thinking i have every disease in the world now. I know alot of people are against meds, but i think its working for me... i wish you all luck!
