I've been taking Lutera since september of last year. It was working well till this month. After my last period I had some breakthrough bleeding that scared me. I thought it was implantation bleeding because I had sex during days which would be considered my ovulating days I guess. But I took 5 pregnancy test. (Yes I was spooked!) 3 home, 1 clinic and one at my dr's appointment. My nurse practitioner said that it could be because Lutera has the lowest dose of estrogen I might need to change pills.

Anyone have anything like this? What pill might be good for me?

I have not experienced anything like this using ortho-novum. I think people are going to react differently to different medications. I had some spotting once a while ago, but I think it was because I missed a pill then had to take two in one day. You can talk to your doctor about trying a new pill and see how your body responds. Good luck.

Thanks. Yeah I went to sleep one night before the time to take my pill and so I had to take it right when I remembered. That might have started the spotting/early bleeding. I might wait till my last 4 packs is done then change.
