Okay so I had unprotected sex with my girlfriend, nothing's wrong. 3 weeks later I visit her again (on a friday) we have unprotected sex, on sunday i wake up and it burns not during, but after urination. I then realize that there is a clear, watery looking discharge coming out of my penis, no matter how long i wait to go to the bathroom and wipe it off there's more. I find out that she had unprotected sex with a guy about 2 months ago. okay so I woke up monday morning and the discharge that looked clear showed up as green on my white boxers and not urine green, a very distinct green-yellow. I get tested for Chlamydia and Gonorreah and also get a shot and 4 pills i forgot what they are called, but the general drug used to treat those two STD's. My test results came back negative, but the discharge and burning after urination cleared up in about 4 days after treatment? Another STD test has came back negative too...What could this be?

Hmm. I am not sure. Green discharge brings Trichomonas to mind, but the green discharge is usually seen in the woman, not the man.

"Women:

Signs and symptoms of infection range from having no symptoms (asymptomatic) to very symptomatic. Typical symptoms include foul smelling or frothy green discharge from the vagina, vaginal itching or redness. Other symptoms can include painful sexual intercourse, lower abdominal discomfort, and the urge to urinate.

Men:

Most men with this infection do not have symptoms. When symptoms are present, they most commonly are discharge from the urethra, the urge to urinate, and a burning sensation with urination."

Unprotected sex has a lot of consequences. You should seriously go to the doctor and ask him about your problem and ask him to screen for anything else you could have gotten. I went to the doctor on a problem similar to this and they aren't critical, they are there to help. Also have your mate go to the doctor to screen for anything she may have gotten. Remember to be safe during sex because the consequences are not worth the pleasure.
