YOu should not put on a condom unless your penis is erect.

When your penis is erect, the foreskin will naturally retract. Then you don't have to worry about it.

haha yeah if you put it on before you're erect, the condom will shoot off like a rubberband.

Backspace, if you want to reply again, come into this thread and hit "post reply." It looks like you hit "new topic" instead that time. Your replies will get lost way!

Anyway, like eiri said, the foreskin usually goes back by itself during an erection. If yours does not go back all of the way, I would think you could just put on a condom normally. I don't think that would interfere. Maybe we will be able to find a guy with a similar situation in here to verify that though.

You could always try putting a condom on when you are alone to get the hang of it, make sure it does not pinch your skin or anything like that, and get used to the feeling of it a bit.

If his foreskin doesn't retract all the way, that needs to be looked at. It's supposed to go all the way.

Getting it checked out would not be a bad idea, especially if there is any pain or discomfort. Some guys have a foreskin that is very tight, which prevents it from going back all of the way and causes pain during sex.

However, I have heard of many men whose foreskin did not fully retract on its own without there being any pain or medical problems at all. Most foreskins retract on their own, but sometimes ones that are perfectly fine and healthy just don't without help from the guy or his partner.

I found this guy who had the exact same question as our original poster. Here is teenwire's answer:

"In most guys, the foreskin retracts by itself during erection. But since the head of the penis can be very sensitive to pressure and touch, a guy may not want the foreskin pulled back during sex play because it feels too uncomfortable. On the other hand, there are guys who prefer that their foreskin be pulled back to expose the glans during sex play. Depending on the guy, the size of his foreskin, and his personal preference, he may want to also retract his foreskin when he puts on a condom.

Phimosis is a condition in which the foreskin is too tight to be completely pushed back over the head of the penis. Phimosis, which is seen most often in children, may be present at birth. It also can be caused by an infection, or by scar tissue that formed as a result of injury or chronic inflammation.

Treatment of phimosis may include gentle, manual stretching of the foreskin over a period of time. Sometimes, the foreskin can be loosened with medication applied to the penis. Circumcision, the surgical removal of the foreskin, is also used to treat phimosis."

youre very wrong. I am uncut and when I become erect my foreskin doesnt retract at all, I have to pull it back on my own. Up until last week, I felt absolutely no pain whatsover in doing so, but now Im sort of having a problem which I made a new topic about but thats a whole other story.
