Not sure about blood clots, but blood yes its possible, if u think they areblood clots i would get to a dr asap, you really need to start therapy etc to get over it . bulimia is very harsh on the body and can cause lots of damage some u wont see because the damage is done inside. so please please get help before you hurt yourself more.
