How far along were you with your last pregnancy?

Have you spoken to your doctor about the positive pregnancy tests or your spotting? I think you should let them know asap.

i was about 7 weeks and i spoke to my doctor today and he sent me to take another beta tommorrow just to see if my hcg is going up or down

That is why I asked. Your levels may not have gone down yet and that is triggering the positive tests. But you could still be pregnant. Do you want to be pregnant agian?

Miscarriages are very emotionally tiring. If you are not pregnant already, you may want to concider taking a month or two off from trying, so that you can repair yourself emotionally. Some woman want to get pregnant right away. Some people need some time. It is a personal choice. Feel free to come here if you ever need to talk. Many of the women here have gone through miscarriages.

You really need another level to be taken to know for sure. One level in isolation is no good for diagnosis. The level should keep going up continually until about the third(?) trimester when it levels off. BTW I work in a lab.

It does sound like you're pregnant again, as the hCG would not hang around that long from your previous miscarriage, and you won't have retained products if they did a D&C.
