In the environment we have on these days, we are companied all the time with stress, because of our business every day.

I myself also had been in this case. Every time I go home, all I want to do is to sleep, I even, haven't got time to eat.

What should do to take this stress?by not taking medications.

In the moment of stress, to help relieve some symptoms. Try the following.

1. Step away from the situation.
2. Close your eyes. Relax. Sit down in a quiet place.
3. Concentrate on your breathing.
4. Be aware of your breathing. Slow down if you're breathing too fast.
5. Take slow, deep breaths.
6. Now, listen to everything that's around you. The wind. Birds? any sounds?
7. Be mindful of all your surroundings.
8. Slowly bring yourself back together. Open your eyes slowly, still being mindful of your surroundings and breathing.
9. Do you feel more grounded? Feel more relaxed.
10. Go back to the situation if you are ready for a different approach. If not, leave it and go back to it later.

This excercise is commonly used by mental health therapists to teach patients how to manage stress and anxiety attacks. It is called a mindfulness excercise.
