First time posting, just looking for an answer/info.

Once in a while after I use the restroom and wipe, there will be a small amount of dried blood on the tissue paper. This is actually only after I wipe a little "harder", and its honestly hardly any blood at all, just a couple spots. It's also after I use the bathroom and think I have to go, but then not really go. To wipe is just sort of something to do afterwards even if you didn't use the bathroom, just to make it clean. So its never actually when I poo, but when I think I have to but don't. Could it just be dry skin and I'm wiping too hard?

Is this something to worry about?

I am not sure. I would schedule a checkup with your doctor just to be on the safe side.
